Abstract

For the methodological development of this research work, the areas of knowledge that require more attention in the construction stage of the projects were defined, collecting information through a survey of experts. From the foregoing, it was obtained that greater monitoring should be carried out on the budget and physical progress of the projects, applying the best practices defined within the PMI®. Subsequently, all the inputs and outputs suggested by the guide were obtained, applying it to the selected case and finally, when carrying out the methodologically contemplated applications and obtaining the formats defined for adequate control and monitoring, an analysis of the results was carried out and it was concluded on compliance. of the objectives set for this work and also to be able to highlight the importance of monitoring and control for projects, especially those that are linked to the EAAB-ESP
