/ Calibration by comparison Eppley pyranometers

Abstract

This article describes the calibration methodology of two Eppley pyranometers used to measure solar radiation in accordance with set standards established by the World Meteorological Organization. The test method used was in comparison with a standard pyranometer; automatic registration was performed using a CR1000 datalogger, the values of the calibration constants obtained have a percentage error of 0.16% and 0.12% compared to the values of the manufactures.
