Abstract

"The psychosocial risk factors according to 
resolution 2646 of 2008 “include the intra labor, extra-labor aspects (...), which influence 
the health and performance of people”. The 
objective of the study is to establish the 
prevalence of psychosocial risk factors and the 
existing association in the working population 
of the administrative and assistance area, in a 
health sector company at level II, Yopal, 2014.
For this, a cross-sectional study was designed 
for the prevalence of psychosocial risk factors 
in a health sector company at level II in Yopal, 
by means of the Psychosocial risk battery of the 
Ministry of Social Protection.
With a confidence level of 95%, it can be stated 
that the study population, the prevalence of intra labor risk in the population is between 9.5% and 
34.5% and the workers in the healthcare area 
between 9, 7% and 37.9% The extra-labor risk 
in the administrative area is between 4.8% and 
27.2%, in the healthcare area the prevalence is 
between 1.5% and 19.5%. The prevalence of Stress Risk is found in the administrative population 
between 29.2% and 58.8% and in the healthcare 
area between 17.9% and 48.8%.
The prevalence of psychosocial risk is evident 
in both administrative and care work areas, 
however there is a higher prevalence of risk in 
the healthcare area; the results are implemented 
epidemiological surveillance programs that 
allow mitigate and control the findings in this 
study."
