Incidence of land management in road infrastructure projects, case study transversal concession of Americas

Abstract

This article presents a brief reflection about the incidence of land management in the road infrastructure projects. In that way, it sought to identify the land management impact based on the analysis of the contractual scope of a road infrastructure project. It is described some results about the variables either internal or external that index in the land management in this kind of projects. On the other hand, it is presented a part of the analysis as example of some one-off sidelined factors structuring the project and that generated overrun of it
