Determination of the economic impact due to the interference of public services networks in the construction of road infrastructure projects in Bogota city

Abstract

In Bogotá as in the big metropolis, there is a complexity of public services networks that is increasing proportionally to its developing and densification, which is relevant at the moment of constructing and maintaining a stretch of road, taking into account that some interventions are presented with these networks and that, upon a missing of identification and localization of them, has led to additional costs and times in the projects. The problem of the interferences of the networks either for translation, renewing or protection, arises due to an outdated inventory of infrastructure existing by the Public Services Enterprise, just as a deficient inventory made by Para citar este artículo / To cite this article J.J. Another aspect to take into account is the lack of interinstitutional coordination since the planning and, finally, the percentages of pre-investment are very low in the road projects, just as the implementation of technology for the localization of networks. This work required the statistic program SPSS version 19, and the null hypothesis was tested, by means of the statistic procedure ANOVA, which allows to evaluate the variability of the data, through the averages found, the variances and the multiple comparisons.
