Abstract

The projects are buildings that guaranty the right of housing to families of low income there is a big deficit of projects. There is more in the city of Bogotá witch is around 3 million there is factures that most infunens if the offer and demand of housing is the high costs if construction in the investigation that was realized masonry and outinord, looking at it from a functional techno and economical stand point of view to provide a relevant of constructions systems.
