Abstract

Because of how crucial it is a process of interventory in the development and successful completion of a task, the success of interventory relies heavily in the periodic reporting, which must be accurate and reliable. It is necessary to establish and standardize clear formats that allow the controller to fully complete the task. This project of the design of an interventory manual wants to facilitate the process of supervising and auditing the technical requirements and administrative contracts concluded by the Army Fiscal Units Institute.
