Abstract

This work approaches the incidence of a Meteorological Radar for the development of the operations of the Army and its applicability like system of alert early in the Risk Management. The meteorological radars are designed to detect the rain, to observe their pattern in the space and their evolution in the time as well as to calculate their trajectory and to estimate their type (rain, snow, hail, etc.). Data that are of vital importance, for the development of the Military Operations the same as for the processes of the Risk Management; evidenced in its current application by other historical armies in the world who have combined the technological advances parallelism correct its mission of national security and defense.
