Abstract

The article aims to propose the bases for developing control and monitoring by the interventoría in the development and implementation of the road works executed by the Army, proposing a manual to make this work. This proposal answers the lack of unification of criteria and it will help provide greater efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of the interventoría.
