CAUSAS DE LOS SOBRECOSTOS GENERADOS EN LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LAS VIAS DEL PLAN 2500

Abstract

The following article presents a deep research regarding the causes of the economic downturn and the effect on different regions and cost overruns resulting from execution of the various construction contracts for Plan 2500 approved and promoted by the INVIAS in the year 2004.Became known as the lack of depth and/or deficiency in the scope of the studies and designs provided by the contracting entity, directly affects the performance of the physical goals of certain projects and how it affects the socioeconomic status of the population directly affected and accessibility and connectivity of some of the most remote regions of the country.Also it aims that state and private entities be made aware and implement a research methodology of social, economic and cultural needs of each project and additionally takes into account the recommendations and guidelines presented.This article is short and precise, providing the necessary means for easy interpretation, which is why the issues discussed should be known by the group of people responsible for contracting and execution of works, state and private level.
