Abstract

Planning is a key tool for the full development of a Project, regardless of the stage where they will find it (design or construction). Such planning is reflected in various documents, which must remain registered and sorted, making control changes inherent in the work, allowing to develop a coherent information system that integrates methodi- cally all phases of development.
