Abstract

The article discusses the proposed manual for roads Interventoria National Army, whose aim is to propo- se the basis for developing control and monitoring by the auditing in the development and execution of road works executed by the Army, proposing a ma- nual to make this work, the problem is the lack of unified criteria it is concluded that manual interventor will give a guideline for greater effectiveness and effi- ciency in the execution of the auditing.
