Abstract

The reconstruction of the road infrastructure of a country is unavoidable for the consolidation of the security and development. Meeting the needs of the stakeholders is a function of the quality in de- sign, construction, operation and maintenance of road works. Quality management is a tool to achieve desired results regarding the quality of the project. Management is done through the cycle of planning, doing, checking and acting. This management cycle coupled with the effectiveness in achieving results is the concept of quality management.
