Abstract

The research subject of this article, evaluated the behavior of a dense hot mix MDC-2 (accor- ding to the specification INVIAS 450-07) whose grain size was modified by including asphalt by dry naturally, the development of such AC was mixed with 60/70 and AC 80/100 respectively; further samples were made with mixtures the- reof with conventional inputs (stone aggregates and asphalt cement) in order to compare the behavior of these mixtures conventional and modified. Concluding with an increased stability of the mixture prepared with AC 60/70, and the general manifestation a change in mineral struc- ture reflected in increased air gaps (VA)
