Abstract

The objective of this research is due to the per- formance evaluation of military engineers and project supervisors National Army, in order to improve product quality throughout the deve- lopment of their projects generating satisfac- tion and confidence in the Army, because lack of management tools, which has in the different military and civil works throughout the country.
