Abstract

There have been very important changes in the Colombian Legislation in this year 2012 that de- serve special attention and everyone need to know about these modifications. Some of them were done in the General Code of Process, the new Code of Administrative Litigation, the new Statute of Government Hiring and the new Sta- tute of Consumers, important topics in the ma- nagement works.
