Abstract

Due to the problem about landmines and improvised explosive devices (IEDs), this article seeks an understanding of physical phenomena presented in electric detonators (used in most of the IED Colombian), studied from the framework of the Joule Effect trying to achieve the measurement of the amount of energy needed for an electric detonator exploded.
